The bathroom floor plan
This bathroom-dressing room combo is accessed from the guest bedroom through a swinging door of 2.62ft. The dressing room rests on a raised platform – making a “U” shape. The longest side on the right wall is 10.83ft. It’s parallel to the left wall that’s 5.09ft. A sliding door of 2.62ft leads to the bathroom.
The dressing area interior design
The dressing room houses good storage as well as a large mirror measuring 2.13ft x 6.20ft. It’s 0.89ft from the floor.
Just opposite the big bathroom mirror, there’s a smaller one with dimensions of 2.59ft x 3.61ft. Below, there’s a cabinet measuring 2.49ftx4.10ft.

Interior decor
Our architect has used compatible colors and textures to maintain a cohesive design style. The hardwood flooring comes in two medium tones. As you can see, the closet is green on the outside and a light-toned wood inside. This interesting color scheme reflects the light of the LEDs in a better way – making the room appear brighter and bigger.
The same light-color wood has been used in the frame of the skylight, baseboards, and door frames. The frames of the ceiling lights and the glass of the skylights have been kept black for a lovely contrast.
For the hardware such as the mirror frame, door handles, and drawers, the architect recommends a silver finish.
The high-quality wallpaper of gray fish on a white background makes the room appear dynamic and fun. It goes well with the white ceiling.

The storage
The parallel floor-to-ceiling closets provide good storage. On the shorter side, it’s just a shelf and four drawers. This structure seamlessly connects with the tiered central module.
A depth of 1.97ft is maintained throughout the cabinet. However, the shelves – a mix of open shelving and closed storage – are of different measurements to better utilize every nook and corner.
The center ones are 3.13ft x 3.61ft to accommodate more storage. You can hang clothes easily and systematically here. Below each shelf, you’ll find two closed drawers. So, in total, this area will have four drawers of 1.67ft x 0.66ft. The central cabinet has two levels of 3.94ft x 0.85ft to store shoes or other accessories.
The guest bathroom design
This bathroom has a double sink of 4.92ft x 5.66ft on the right. At the back, the toilet area measures 3.12ft x 5.58ft. And on the left, you’ll find the shower area with a 4.92ft x 8.37ft bathtub – separated by two steps of 0.98ft each.

The bathroom decor
The tiles have an interesting black and white grid design of squares and circles with vertical, horizontal, and diagonal lines. It’s as if you’re looking at a fun geometric game. This pattern is floor and wall art in itself!
The bathroom walls have been kept white and gray to complement the unique pattern. One of the walls has the same pattern as that of the tile flooring. And, the ceiling is white to balance the colors of the design.
There’s light-colored wood throughout the bathroom – in the baseboards, the storage in the toilet area, the doors, and window frames. The open shelf under the bathroom sink also has wood in the same tone.
The bathroom lighting
There are sufficient lights in the room – both direct as well as indirect. These strategically placed lights help illuminate the room beautifully.

The bathroom vanity
The double bathroom sink is at a height of 2.79ft from the floor. And the bathroom countertop, measuring 4.92ft x 1.97ft, can be either granite or black quartz. The sink faucets and fittings have a silver finish. The bottom wooden shelf measures 4.92ft x 1.48ft. On the side wall, you can see two silver-colored towel racks. These are 0.98ft away from the countertop.
The mirror measures 4.53ft x 2.62ft and is located at a height of 0.35m from the countertop. It has a thickness of 0.04ft and a depth of 0.16ft. The mirror has in-built LED strips to help your guest see better.
The shower stall
The reason our architect has added steps towards the bathtub is to give it prominence. Furthermore, the wall has a storage space to help you keep bathroom essentials or bathroom cleaning products.
You can find a steel hand shower and faucets. The showering area measures 4.92ft x 3.94ft.
The space where the bathtub is located is 4.92ft x 3.44ft, and the bathtub measures 4.27ft x 2.30ft x 1.67ft. The tub has an interesting square base to complement the modern vibe of the entire bathroom.
There’s a 3.94ft x 2.30ft window that opens upward. Because of the glass doors, there’s no requirement for shower curtains. The design is simple and elegant.

The toilet
The very interesting modern toilet against a dark-gray background comes with a health faucet and toilet paper rack. It measures 1.31ft x 2.13ft, with a height of 1.48ft. Just place a dark-colored bath mat and you’re done.
You can see how the toilet area has been kept minimalist. The sophisticated design makes this otherwise small space appear perfect.
