Whenever buying a townhouse make sure to do a check of everything around it! It may look good, but you never know whats really on the inside! check everything or maybe hire somebody to check everything! We have worked with lots of clients who buy homes and for example don’t check the roof and it ends up leaking.. it becomes a pain instead of a relaxing home! Overall, good read! Really enjoyed it!
